    If you are new to Gong, you'll need to integrate with either Google Workspace or Office 365 so that calendar meetings and emails are picked up.

    When calendar and email are connected, your salespeople have 360° visibility into every conversation (call or email) that spans every deal. At a high level, salespeople can see all their interactions across the timeline and can drill down into every conversation within the deal to get the full story.
