Where to go: Company settings > General settings
By default, your users can see all your organization's technical admins in their My settings page, and we also prompt them in messages to contact the tech admin for help with settings-related issues in your Gong account. If you want to use one email address, like an alias for your internal helpdesk, define that here.
In the General settings page, in Email for Gong internal helpdesk box, enter the email address (usually an alias) of your internal helpdesk.
Click Update.
