By default, your users can see all your organization's technical admins in their My settings page, and we also prompt them in messages to contact the tech admin for help with settings-related issues in your Gong account. If you want to use one email address, like an alias for your internal helpdesk, define that here.

Go to Settings > General settings.

In the Email for Gong internal helpdesk box, enter the email address (usually an alias) of your internal helpdesk.

Click Update.
