AI Call Reviewer is an agent that helps your team give structured feedback on sales and customer conversations with scorecards, faster and more consistently, by searching conversations for answers to scorecard questions. It suggests answers for scorecard questions, based on what was discussed in the call. Use the AI Call Reviewer to scale coaching, reduce review time, and drive consistency across teams.

How it works
AI Call Reviewer searches through the transcript of a specific call to suggest answers for scorecard questions that were enabled for Gong AI by your company admin. When someone reviews a call, the AI Call Reviewer makes suggestions that appear directly in the scorecard panel. Scorers can:
Accept the suggestion
Edit it
Replace it entirely
The scorer makes the final decision; the AI Call Reviewer simply surfaces the relevant information faster.
What you need to get started
