There are three approaches to removing unwanted emails.
Define at the team or team member level
You can decide never to import emails from someone in the company (or that person’s team). Go to Company Settings > Team Members and select the “Never import…” action.
Define an exclude list
Define an exclude list in Company Settings > Data Protection & Privacy. For details, see Create an exclude list for emails.
Respond to a team member request
A team member can flag an email as unwanted, and send it to Gong admin to remove it from the relevant account. The Gong admin can either remove the email or exclude the email address or domain. For more details, see Exclude an email address or domain by user request.
