To successfully import calendar meetings and emails, you must:
Set up either a company wide connection, or a user-by-user connection
Set the data you want to give Gong access to:
calendar meetings and emails
calendar meetings only
Set which data will be imported to Gong
Set the team member’s data capture settings
Permissions required by Gong
Gong requires read-only access to the following MS Graph API permission scopes:
Email:
