Intro to Conversations

Conversations allow you to dive deep into your company's calls.

Go to:

• Conversations > Search to get insights into your company calls via the summary at the top of the page, search for specific calls using filters, sort results to find just want you're looking for, upload calls, download call data and more.

• Conversations > Your library to save, organize and collect the calls that matter to you with folders and streams. In addition to the folders and streams that you create, you'll also find ones that were shared with you here.

• Conversations > Company library to browse through folders and streams that are important to your entire company.
