Apply filters first to define the call set you want to export, then request the report. Gong emails you when the report is ready.

To download call data:

  1. From the left sidebar, click Conversations, and select Search.

  2. Apply the filters that define the calls you want to export.

  3. Click the More actions icon Action Menu.svg at the top right of the Search Results panel and select Download call data.

  4. Choose which data categories to include in the report: CRM data, trackers data, topics data, call host manager hierarchy, and participant data.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to receive the report?

How long your report takes to generate depends on how many calls match your filters and how much data you include. Larger reports may take a little longer. Gong will email you when your report is ready.

I did not receive the report. What should I check?

If you don’t see the report, check your spam folder first. Gong sends it to the email address associated with your account. If you still don’t receive it, make sure your filters returned results and that you have the Export reports to CSV permission. Then try requesting the export again.
