Gong is fully compatible with many telephony systems (dialers). Telephony systems work differently to web conferencing integrations in that instead of joining and recording the meeting, Gong imports the audio from the telephony systems themselves. Note that you can only connect to 1 instance of a telephony system to 1 Gong instance.
There are 3 types of telephony system integrations:

Other - set up yourself, or with help from either Gong or the telephony provider

Before you enable the telephony provider, remember to set your team members to record so that their calls are imported and analyzed.
