Available on: Any Gong plan
Where to go: Admin center > Settings tab > Data capture > Telephony systems
You must set up the Salesforce interation before setting up the Salesforce Lightning integraiton.
To set up the integration:
In Gong, go to Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Telephony System.
Click CONNECT.

To capture the best possible sound quality on calls imported to Gong, we recommend that you ask your Salesforce Lightning CSM to enable stereo call recording for you.
