Who can use this: Tech admin
Available on: Any Gong plan
Where to go: Admin center > Settings tab > Data capture > Telephony systems
Ask your Velocify admin for your Velocify Username and Password.
Make sure calls are set to be recorded in Velocify.
Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating Velocify in Gong.
Click Admin center > Settings tab > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Add telephony system.
Select Velocify.
Enter the Username.
Enter the Password.
Click CONNECT.
Ask your Velocify admin to enable the integration in Velocify.
