Account page: New layout and name

Prev Next

Who can use this: Any team member

Available on: Gong Foundation

The existing Account page will be enhanced and renamed the Account Console. We’ll gradually roll out the Account Console between December 22, 2025 and February 11, 2026, and no action is required on your end. Once the rollout is complete, all licensed users will have access to a cleaner, more streamlined experience that brings account data and insights together.

Note:

Collaborators (non-licensed users) will only see the existing account page and won’t have access to the new account console in any plan. This view includes the activity timeline.

The only exception is the Call Intelligence plan, where collaborators don’t have access to the existing or new version at all.

We’re sharing this update so you know what to expect, how it benefits your team, and where to find familiar functionality in the new layout.

What’s new: A redesigned Account Console

The Account Console makes it easier to understand what’s happening across your accounts at a glance. The new layout brings key data, insights, and activity into a more organized, intuitive experience, while preserving all the familiar tools and workflows you already rely on.

This release also lays the groundwork for continued improvements to account management in Gong.

What you’ll notice in the first release

A cleaner, more intuitive layout

The Account Console structure has been redesigned to make information easier to find, with improved navigation and clearer organization.

Enhanced header

The Account Console header is now more actionable and includes:

  • Ask Me Anything entry point for quick insights

  • Quick links to the company website, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM

  • The ability to subscribe to account updates

New overview tab

The overview tab highlights what matters most about an account, including:

  • Account details widget: Curated account information from Gong and your CRM. CRM native fields are available today, with custom field selection coming soon.

  • AI Briefer: AI-powered summaries that help you quickly understand account context—especially useful during account handoffs.

  • Deals widget: A list of open and recently closed deals associated with the account.

  • Recent activity widget: A snapshot of the latest account interactions.

Activity tab (all past functionality preserved)

The familiar activity timeline remains unchanged, so your existing workflows stay intact. You’ll continue to see every meaningful touchpoint in one place.
