The existing Account page has been enhanced and renamed the Account console, and no action is required on your end. All licensed users have access to a cleaner, more streamlined experience that brings account data and insights together.
Note:
Collaborators (non-licensed users) can see the activity timeline, providing essential account visibility. They do not have access to the new account console functionality in any plan.
What’s new: A redesigned Account console
The Account console makes it easier to understand what’s happening across your accounts at a glance. The new layout brings key data, insights, and activity into a more organized, intuitive experience, while preserving all the familiar tools and workflows you already rely on.
This release also lays the groundwork for continued improvements to account management in Gong.
Activity tab
The familiar activity timeline remains unchanged, so your existing workflows stay intact. You’ll continue to see every meaningful touchpoint in one place.
Account panel
The Account panel gives you fast access to key account information without leaving your workflow. It reduces context switching and provides a consistent entry point into the Account Console, from various entry points including Account boards and the Call page.
