Customize the Account console view to control which account information your team sees in the Overview tab. You can choose which CRM, Gong, and AI fields appear in the Account details widget, set a default AI brief, and manage when changes go live.

Account view customization is available in beta and requires Business admin permission.
Before you start:
Confirm the AI brief you want to use has already been published.
Decide which workspace you want to configure if your company uses multiple workspaces, as each one can have its own view.
You can open the account view customization experience from an account page, an account panel, or the Admin center. The steps below start from an account page.
Note:
Once published, changes apply to all users and all accounts in the selected workspace.
