Account boards give you a clear, up-to-date view of the accounts in your organization. They help you review engagement, prioritize where to focus team efforts, and drill into account details, all from a single workspace.

This article explains how to navigate Account boards, adjust your view, and explore account-level details.

Navigate Account boards

Where to go: Revenue > Accounts

Once Account boards are set up by your business admin, your company may have one or more boards available. Each board is designed to support a specific team, motion, or workflow—such as renewals, account reviews, or expansion planning. When you open the Accounts page, it opens to the last Account Board you viewed.

Select a board

Click the board name to switch between boards.

Choose whose accounts you want to see

By default, this will be set to your name. Click V next to your name to:

  • Select a different member or team

  • Click + Select multiple teams or members to view more than one. Add the members or teams, then click APPLY.

Set the view date range

If the board includes a date field, you can filter accounts by time period (for example, Renewal date is this month or Activation date was last quarter).

If you don’t see a date filter, the board wasn’t configured with a date field. Your admin can add one if needed.

Filter the accounts

Click + Add filter to filter the board using available Account CRM fields. You can add multiple filters, and they apply across all tabs.

Review accounts by tabs

Tabs group accounts into meaningful buckets that support your account review workflow, such as Needs engagement, Churn risk, or Upsell opportunity. Each tab also shows aggregated metrics to help you quickly understand the overall status of that group.

Click a tab to switch between different review perspectives.

Hover over the Question light.svg on the tab, to understand which accounts it includes:

This tab displays accounts with CSM Priority as Tier 1 and Customer types.

Sort view and scroll through accounts

  1. Hover over a column header and click the arrow to sort (if available).

  2. Use the controls at the bottom of the board to page through results or change how many accounts are shown (10, 20, or 50).

Update CRM fields from the board

You can update any CRM fields directly from a cell on the board. Updates sync immediately to your CRM. A green checkmark confirms the change.

See notes under Update CRM.

View Activity timeline

If the board includes the Activity column, it shows a snapshot of recent account engagement from the last 21 days.
