Frequently asked questions
Does global search show results from all workspaces?
No. Global search searches calls and other conversation data in the workspace you're currently viewing. Results are limited to data you have permission to access. To search calls stored in another workspace, switch to that workspace.
Can I search for a specific phrase in global search?
Global search does not support the same text operators as Conversations search. For exact-phrase or operator-based transcript searches, use the Words or phrases filter in Conversations > Search instead. Learn more about filtering and searching for calls.
