For people with Engage

• Accounts

• Contacts and leads

• Calls with accounts

• Calls with people at your company

• Calls with customers

For people without Engage

• Accounts

• Calls with accounts

• Calls with people at your company

• Calls with customers

In addition, you can search for calls according to:

• Hashtags in the comments

• Terms in the call title or transcript

If more than 3 results are available in any category, reveal them all by clicking Show more.

To help you find the account you're looking for, you'll see how many recent activities occurred with each account, and when the latest activity occurred.
Recent activities are any activities (including calls, emails, digital activities) that took place within the past 30 days.

What you see in the search results

Recent searches

When you click in the search field, you’ll see your most recent searches. This makes it easy to go back to an account or person that you recently viewed.

Accounts

This sections shows accounts and leads that match the searched term. Click on any result to go to the page relating to that account or lead.

Contacts and leads (for people using Engage)

This section shows contacts and leads that match the search term. Click on any result here and you’ll open their contact drawer.

Calls with account

This section shows results according to calls with specific accounts. Click on any result to go to the search results page, filtered for that account.

Calls with people at your company

This section shows results according to calls with participants from your company. Click on any result to go to the search results page, filtered for that participant.

Calls with customers

This section shows results according to calls with external participants. Click on any of these results to go to the search results page, filtered for that participant.

Search for term in the call title or call transcript

Below these sections, you’ll see the option to search for a term in a call title or transcript. Click here to go to the search results page, filtered for that term.

Search by hashtag

You can also search for calls according to hashtags in comments. Enter # and the term you’re looking for, and we’ll surface calls with that hashtag in the search page.
