    Where to go: Click Company settings > General settings

    Enterprise plan accounts can create a custom support ticketing URL, accessible from the Gong Help menu. Support issues and questions can be directed to the custom page.

    1. In the General settings page, in the URL for XXX internal support page (optional), enter the URL for your page. This creates a Contact Support entry in the Gong Help menu.
