Go to Conversations > Search and filter calls according to your needs.

Click ⋮ > Download call data. (Consult with your Gong admin if you don't see this option.)

In the confirmation message that appears, you'll see the filters that you used for this report. You can also choose what data you want to receive in the file and what data you want to leave out, according to the following categories: CRM data, tracker data, topics data, participant interaction data and call host manager hierarchy. Click Get report via email.

We'll prepare the report and send it via email. This may take some time, depending on the amount of data that's in the report (for example, number of filtered calls, data included for each call).

Language ID of the call: The language spoken in the call is represented as a three-letter code as defined by ISO-639-2/B, for example eng, fre, spa, ger, ita. The codes und (undetermined language) and zxx (not enough linguistic support for identification) are also used.

CRM account information (up to 3 associations): Name, ID, website, account source, account industry, account type

CRM lead information (up to 3 associations): Company name, ID, source, status at time of call, and current status

CRM opportunity details (up to 3 associations): Name, ID, lead source, type of opportunity, opportunity stage, opportunity probability, amount, forecast category, next call details

Participant details: Number of participants, their names, roles and emails

Speaker details: Number of speakers in call, total time spoken details

Question information: How many questions were asked during the meeting

Conversation details: Longest monologue, number of exchanges, talk ratio, patience, interactivity, longest customer story, amount of time competitor was mentioned, budget details, amount of times keywords were mentioned, time spent on small talk, action items
