Article summary

  1. Ask your NetSapiens admin to give you the NetSapiens Server address, Client ID, Client secret, Username, and Password.

  2. Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating NetSapiens in Gong.

  3. Click Company settings > Data captureTelephony systems.

  4. Click + Add telephony system.

  5. Select NetSapiens.

  6. Enter the Server address.

  7. Enter the Client ID.

  8. Enter the Client secret.

  9. Enter the Username.

  10. Enter the Password.

  11. Click CONNECT.
