Gong Assist is in beta and enabled by default. To opt out of the beta, contact your Customer Service Manager.
Gong Assist is your virtual assistant to help you keep your deals on track and moving forward. Assist uses Gong's AI to identify potential actions you might want to take with your deals. With Gong letting you know about these actions, there's less of a chance that a follow-up action will slip through the cracks.
To be eligible for Assist, you must:
Be an opportunity owner in Salesforce or Hubspot CRM
Have email import enabled
Have calendar import enabled

To view all of your open assists, click in the upper right corner.
See assists relating to specific calls on the call page via the right panel.
In addition to the assists you see in Gong, you'll receive a daily email and mobile notification with a summary of your new and open assists. This email is sent once a day. You can select when you want to receive it in My Notifications under your profile in Gong.
