    Set company default timezone

    Set the default timezone for your organization.

    When and where is the default timezone used?

    The default timezone is applied to users added to Gong that do not have any other timezone information associated to them.

    • Managers can change the timezone for their team members in the Team Member settings page.

      The timezone also can be customized per user using automatic provisioning through Okta or Salesforce.

    • Users can change their own timezone in My Profile page.

    In the search results page, times are shown according to the company timezone. In all other pages, times are shown in the user's timezone, and notifications are sent according to the user's timezone.

    1. In the General settings page, under Default timezone, select your company's default timezone.

      We recommend setting it to the timezone of your company headquarters.

    2. Click UPDATE to save changes.
