To build the performance review dashboard:

  1. Build 4 KPI widgets:

    1. Booking attainment:

      1. Base the widget on a single metric - Bookings ($) - and set it to be measured against the bookings target.

      2. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.

    2. Overall win rate:

      1. Base the widget on a single metric - Win rate ($).

      2. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.

    3. Total pipeline created

      1. Base the widget on a single metric - Pipeline created ($).

      2. Set the date (created date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.

    4. ASP

      1. Base the widget on a single metric - Average sales price ($).

  2. Build 1 performance widget:

    1. Team performance

      1. Include 4 metrics in the widget: Bookings ($), Win rate by amount ($), Win rate by deal count (#), and Average sales price ($).

      2. Set Bookings ($) to be measured against the bookings target and color code its values: green for when the value > 100, red for < 70

      3. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.

  3. Build 1 trends widgets:

    1. How’s this quarter’s pipeline trending?

      1. Base the widget on your line of business.

      2. Break down the data by forecast category and select the default forecast category.

      3. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the current fiscal quarter.

  4. Build 5 custom charts:
