What’s changed?

To-dos moved to the left sidebar

Previously located under Engage, To-dos is now a standalone item in the left sidebar.

This update makes To-dos easier to access across Gong experiences.

New standalone Assistant page

Assistant is now available directly from the left sidebar, making it easier to access from anywhere in Gong.

Engage is now Engagement

The Engage section has been renamed to Engagement.

Under Engagement, you’ll continue to find:

We’ve introduced a new Assets section in the left sidebar.

Coaching items moved to Assets

Scorecards and Trainings have moved from Coaching to Assets, alongside other configurable resources.

My trainings, Coaching inbox, and Coaching metrics remain under Coaching.

Why we made this change

These updates are designed to:

  • Simplify navigation

  • Make frequently used features easier to access

  • Create a clearer separation between day-to-day workspaces and builder tools

  • Support workflows that span multiple Gong products and packages

Your existing settings, workflows, permissions, and saved work remain unchanged.
