Your company's Gong credits form a shared pool available across all credit-based features.
Allocate credits to workspaces (BETA)
Workspace allocation lets you distribute the company's shared credit pool across workspaces. Credits allocated to a workspace set a ceiling for what that workspace can consume — they come from the shared company pool, not a separate wallet. Credits that are not allocated to a workspace remain in the company pool and are not used.
You can allocate credits in two ways. Choose based on how you want to control the distribution.
To allocate credits to workspaces:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In the Settings tab, click Gong credits under Reports.
Click the Set workspace credit allocations toggle to enable allocating credits to workspaces.
Under Current allocation, enter the number of credits to allocate for each workspace. The percentage of the total pool is calculated automatically from the amount you enter.
Under Future allocations select whether you want to allocate credits manually or automatically. If you choose automatically:
Click Allocate equally to allocate the credits equally across all workspaces.
If you don’t want equal allocation, enter the percentage of credits each workspace should have.
Click Save.
Note:
Credits that are not allocated to a workspace remain in the company pool and are not used.
