    Turn conferencing providers on or off

    • Go to Company settings > Web Conferencing, and click the toggle to turn on the providers you need.

      You'll be asked to confirm that you want to record calls that use this provider.

    In some cases, you can also connect to the provider API for additional features. Refer to the following articles for more information: Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Webex.
