On the left side of the home page is Calls. The Calls area has 3 tabs:
My Calls: All the calls you participated in.
Team: All the calls your manager and people reporting to them participated in.
Company: All calls hosted by your company.
Listen to a call and see what the analysis discovered, and see why a call was skipped or aborted.
Other things you can do from here:
When scheduling a call in your calendar
While creating a calendar event to schedule a meeting, follow your normal workflow for adding invitees, meeting URL, and description on the invite.
Under the calendar visibility field, you'll see the option to select either “Public” or “Private.” Be sure to change the field value to “Private”.
Changing the visibility to Private ensures that Gong doesn't have access to any data on the calendar event, and this is why the call would not be recorded in Gong.
Setup an already existing call to not record
There are two ways you can make sure a future call is not recorded in Gong:
You can go to the calendar event settings for that meeting and change the visibility setting from “Public” to “Private. *Note: Make sure this change is made at least 2 hours before the meeting is to take place.
On the right side of the Gong home page, click the calendar icon above “View Upcoming Calls”. This opens a tab on the right side of the screen showing upcoming calls set to be recorded.
Hover the call you don't want to record to show the more icon () and click “Cancel recording”. Make this change at least 60 minutes before the call is set to take place.
