Do you want to limit which calls a team member can access? If so, you can create a profile that provides access to their calls and those of their team.
Do you want to restrict access to a specific Company Library folder? If so, don’t select that folder when enabling access to the Company Library.
Do you want to provide limited access to a guest? If so, restrict which pages they can access.

Enabling team members to download call media means that the downloaded calls won’t be removed using the “delete user data” feature, and this makes it harder for your Security Officer to keep track of where data is stored.
