You can download a CSV report with information about calls contained in library folders.
Go to Conversations > Your library or Conversations > Company library.
Locate the folder you want the report for and select the EXPORT button in the top right corner of the page. You can also hover over the folder you need, click
and then click Download usage report. If you select a folder with sub-folders, information is provided about the call activity for the sub-folders as well.
What’s in the report?
The report includes the following info:
Folder path and name
Call host
Call participants
Call title
Email addresses of participants and hosts
Call date/time and duration
