Add calls and snippets to a folder

Make it easy for you and your team to find important calls quickly by saving them in folders. For example, if you've just finished a call with great objection handling, saving it in a folder shared with your team called Objection handling makes it easy for anyone to find when you want to revisit it.

Add a call to a folder

  1. Go to the call page and click Add to > Add to Library in the panel at the top.

  2. In the screen that opens, choose the folder you want to save the call in. You can also create a new folder from here. For more about folders, see this.

  3. Add a note about the call you're adding. This note appears in the library, reminding you and your teammates why you've save the call.

  4. Click ADD CALL. The call is now in the library folder you selected, and anyone with access to the folder will see it.

Add a snippet to a folder

Save part of a call, rather than the entire call, so it's easier and quicker to revisit important parts.

  1. Go to the call page and click Scissors__.png under the call screen.

  2. Yellow bars appear on the timeline below the call screen. Move the bars to highlight the part of the call you want to select.

  3. In the open action menu, click Add to library.

  4. In the screen that opens, choose the folder where you want to save the snippet. You can also create a new folder. For more about folders, see this.

  5. Add a note about the snippet you’re adding. This note appears in the library, reminding you and your teammates why you’ve saved the snippet.

  6. Click ADD SNIPPET. The snippet is now in the folder you selected, and anyone with access to the folder will see it.
