When you come across a call worth revisiting, Gong gives you two ways to save it. Add it to Listen later for quick personal access, or save it to your library to organize it in a folder you can return to or share with your team. Both options are available from the call page.
Add a call to Listen later
Listen later is a personal queue for calls you want to come back to. Calls you save here appear on your home page and in the Gong mobile app, so you can pick up where you left off from anywhere.
To add a call to Listen later:
Open the call.
On the call page, click the Add to icon
on the top bar.Select Add to Listen later.
The call appears in the Listen later section on your home page and is accessible from the Gong mobile app.

To remove a call from Listen later, open the call, click the Add to icon
Save a call to your library
Your library lets you organize calls into folders, add notes, and share them with teammates. Use it when you want to keep a record of a specific call, build a collection of examples, or make a call easy for your team to find.
To save a call to your library:
Open the call.
On the call page, click the Add to icon
on the top bar.Select Add to library.
Choose the folder where you want to save the call, or create a new one.
(Optional) Add a note explaining why you saved it. This note appears alongside the call in the folder.
Click Add call. The call is saved to the folder and visible to anyone with access to it.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my Listen later calls?
Your Listen later calls appear in the Conversations area on your home page under the Listen later section. They are also accessible from the Gong mobile app.
Can someone else see the calls I add to Listen later?
No. Listen later is personal, only you can see the calls you save there. To share a call with teammates, save it to a shared library folder instead.
Can I save a snip rather than the full call?
Yes. You can save a specific part of a call to a library folder rather than the full recording. To do this, create a snip from the call timeline and select Add to library from the snip action menu.
