The easiest way to build this dashboard is by generating it from a template. If you prefer building it on your own, here’s how:
Build KPI widgets:
Total pipe created:
Base the widget on a single metric - Pipeline created ($), measured against its target - Pipeline created.
Set the date (created date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
Any number of pipe created by source widgets:
Base each widget on a single metric - Pipe created - Source name.
Set the date (created date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
Optional: If your company has targets per source, you can measure each metric against its equivalent target.
Build a performance widgets - Pipeline creation by team and source:
Add your metrics to your widget - Pipeline created ($), and all Pipe created by source metrics, and optionally measure them against their targets.
Color code the value ranges. For metrics measured against targets, the colors apply to the attainment value.
Build 2 custom charts - Pipeline created ($) performance over time and Pipeline created (#) performance over time:
Base one chart on Pipeline created ($) and the other on Pipeline created (#). In both widgets:
Filter the data to show deals of the last six months.
Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
Break down the data by month.
Build 4 custom charts:
