Who can use this: Any team member
Available on: Any Gong plan
Contact a Gong admin when you need help with permissions, missing access, settings you can't change, or anything that requires admin-level configuration. You can find your admins from My settings.
Your company has two types of Gong admins:
Technical admins: Manage seats, permission profiles, data capture, authentication, CRM and other system integrations, and company security settings. They work from the Admin center, which only they can access.
Business admins: Configure business features such as trackers, deal boards, and revenue analytics.
Technical admins are assigned on the Team members page. Team members with permissions to configure Gong features are designated as business admins.
Find your admins
Both admin types are listed in My settings. You can email them directly from there.
To find your admins:
Click your profile avatar at the top right and select My settings.
Scroll to Business administrators and click Show All to see your business admins.
Scroll to Technical administrators and click Show All to see your tech admins.
Click the admin's name to send them an email.
