Find your technical or business admin

My settings

Your company will have designated one or more tech admins to help manage assigning access and settings. You may need to contact them if you require additional permissions or access to certain features.

Gong tech admins are responsible for:

• Assigning seats to team members

• Configuring features, capabilities, and permission profiles

• Managing CRM and other system integrations

• Ensuring compliance with your organization’s security standards

Business admins are responsible for configuring and customizing Gong features such as trackers, deal boards, and revenue analytics to align with your company.’s needs

Technical admins are assigned on the Team members page. Team members with permissions to configure Gong features are designated as business administrators

To find your company’s Gong admins:

1. In Gong, click your profile avatar (your initials in the circle) at the right-hand side of the top navigation bar and select My settings.
   

2. To find the company business admins, scroll to Business administrators and click Show All.

   

3. Scroll to Technical administrators and click Show All.
   

4. Click the tech or business admin to email them.
