The change from Company settings to Admin center will be rolling out during the month of July. For this reason, you may see the old Company settings menu and not the new Admin center in Gong.
In July 2025, as part of our efforts to simplify the admin experience, we renamed the Company settings page to Admin center, and updated its layout to make it more intuitive. Alongside this, we’ve launched a new Agent studio, where Gong’s AI agents are centrally managed.
This update involves changing the names of some settings to reflect their new agent status, moving them to the new Agent studio, and reorganizing some settings on the Settings page. See what’s changed in the tables below.
