Available on: Any Gong plan
Where to go: Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Telephony systems
Ask your VocalIP admin for your VocalIP Client ID, API keys, and Client secret.
Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating VocalIP in Gong.
Click Admin center > Settings tab > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Add telephony system.
Select VocalIP.
Enter the Client ID.
Enter the API keys.
Enter the Client secret.
Click CONNECT.
