When a scorecard is set to automatic review, which calls are reviewed?  

New calls that match the call filters are automatically reviewed.  

Who in the call is automatically reviewed?

The call host is reviewed.

Can I automatically review past calls?

Yes, you can. Once you’ve set up a scorecard to review calls automatically, you can set it to review calls that occurred within the past 90 days. For more, see Automatically review past calls below.

Why does my scorecard take a long time to load?  

Scorecards that include multi-select or single-select questions can take longer to load, especially when each question has many answer options. The more options or select-type questions you include, the longer the load time.

Where can I view results of automatically reviewed calls?

To view scores from automatically reviewed calls, go to Insights > Team > Scorecards, locate the scorecard, and click Automatic.

Why does the AI sometimes give different results for the same input?

Sometimes, AI produces different outputs for identical inputs. This is expected and normal AI behavior.

Can one scorecard question reference another question?

Currently, references across questions isn’t supported, and will not function as expected.

How can I improve specific scorecard questions?

Use the Improve question button to refine your scorecard questions.
