The account page centralizes account activity, communication history, and CRM data. This provides a complete view of every interaction from initial contact to scheduled calls.
Whether you’re in sales, customer success, or RevOps, the account page helps you:
Keep deals on track: Spot neglected accounts, uncover customer concerns, and make informed decisions.
Assess engagement level: Identify stakeholders and how active they’ve been.
Prepare effectively: Review the full interaction history, including comments, before calls or handoffs.
Collaborate with your team: Share a single view of all conversations and comments to stay aligned.
There are 3 key access points to the account page:
From the call page:
Click the
to open the activity panel.
Click Review account.
From the top toolbar:
Go to Homepage.
Enter the account name in the search bar at the top, and then select the account with
.
From the deal panel:
Go to Deals > Pipeline.
Click a company name to open the deal panel.
Click Review account.
The account page includes these main areas of interest:
Filter bar
The filter bar lets you refine the activity timeline and feed. To remove a filter, click the X next to it. Options include:
Sales Navigator: Sign in to get instant access to LinkedIn’s contact and company insights.
Select a deal: Click
to choose from all deals and opportunities for this account.
Activity key: Hover over
for a guide to the activity timeline. From here, click Customize to change what the grey bubble includes.
Show activities associated with 3rd parties.
Show all account activity (only relevant when viewing a particular deal).
Search text: Enter a word or phrase and press enter to highlight matches across all activities.
Filter by person: Search and select by name or role to see only their communications.
Note:
You can also filter by person using the + next to either your company or the account name. Hover over the contact name and click View activity.
Calls only: Show only call-related activities.
Receive updates: Click
to subscribe or unsubscribe from weekly email updates.
Account AI. Ask natural-language questions about the account or particular deal. Click
to customize the scope or period.

Open the account in your CRM.
Open in demo environment.
Customize activity view (also available in the activity key).
Check the account status. A snapshot of calls, meetings, and popular topics over the past year.
Activity timeline
The timeline spans from account creation to 12 weeks into the future. Account activity is shown in two tracks:
Your activity (purple) - Your company's interactions with the account
Account activity (pink) - The prospect's engagement and responses

Timeline navigation:
Bubbles represent calls, emails, CRM updates (like when a deal advances or stalls), and engagement events such as viewing a shared call, depending on your Gong integrations.
Larger bubbles mean higher activity.
Use navigation arrows to move through time.
Switch between today, month, quarter, or year views.
Click any bubble to see a smaller selection of time, depending on which time view you're in.
Activity feed
Located under the timeline on the left pane, the feed shows a chronological list of interactions with details like participants, timing, and discussion topics. Activities include:
Meetings and calls
Email correspondence and invitations accepted
Digital interactions (emails clicked and opened)
CRM updates
Text messages
Click any item for a more detailed view on the right pane.
Tips:
Hover over a name for full details (title, email, Sales Navigator shortcut).
Email activities are labeled by subject line for quick scanning.
Comments
Use comments to collaborate with teammates on account activities. Here's how to add a comment:
Click an item in the activity feed to open details in the right panel.
Click

Set the date and visibility (public, specific people, or only me).
Add your comment and press Command + Enter.
When you comment, you'll automatically receive notifications for future comments on that account.
