Use the feedback tab on the call page to request feedback on your calls from your manager, team members, or anyone in your company. Open the call page, click Feedback, select the recipient, add a message, and click Send. The recipient will be notified via email, in their Collaboration Received tab on Gong, or in their Sent tab if they are your direct manager. You can also create a snippet of the call for feedback.
Use the feedback tab on the right side of the call page to ask for feedback directly on your calls. Ask for feedback from your manager, someone on your team, or anyone in your company. You can also ask for feedback by tagging your direct manager in a comment on a call you attended, or sharing the call internally with them.
Ask for feedback from a call you attended
Open the call page.
Click
Feedback to open the Request Feedback dialog. Your manager's name will be selected by default.
To request feedback from someone else, click the REQUEST FEEDBACK FROM field, and search for someone else.
Add a message about the type of feedback you're looking for.
Click SEND.
The recipient will be notified about the feedback request in the following ways:
By email
In their Collaboration > Received tab on the Gong homepage
If they're your direct manager, in their Coaching Inbox.
Find where you requested feedback in the Collaboration > Sent tab on your homepage.
Tip: Want to include a snippet of the part of the call you want feedback on? Click Create snippet from the feedback screen and then select the beginning and end times of the snippet you want to share. Click Feedback to return to the feedback screen.
