Change your Gong password when you want to update it while you're signed in. If you're locked out or forgot your password, see Reset your Gong password instead.
Password requirements
Your new password must be at least 12 characters and include at least three of the following:
1 uppercase character
1 lowercase character
1 digit
1 special character
Letters, numbers, and standard ASCII symbols are accepted.
Change your password
You need your current password to complete this change. If you don't know your current password, use the reset flow from the Gong login page instead.
To change your password:
Click your username at the top right and select Change password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Re-enter your new password to confirm.
Click Change Password.
If you don't see a Change password option
If the Change password option doesn't appear in your menu, your company uses an identity provider such as Google, Microsoft, or Okta to manage sign-in. Your password is controlled by that provider, not Gong. Update it through your identity provider directly. If you're unsure which sign-in method your company uses, contact your Tech admin.
