Tech admins can move calls to another workspace. This is useful if you've separated your Gong instance into different workspaces and want to keep calls with the teams they belong to.
What you should know
If you're wondering what the impact of moving calls from one workspace to another is, here is a quick list of everything that is affected by the move:

Links to calls: Links to calls shared both internally and externally remain the same.

Call access: Following the move, access to calls is based on a person’s permission profile in the destination workspace. Regardless of the permission, people can access calls that were shared with them, even if they were shared before the call was moved.

Comments on the call: All comments, mentions, and feedback on a call moves with the call to the destination.

Scorecards: Scorecards are part of the workspace they are created in, and do not move together with calls. Any scores given before the move are retained in the source workspace statistics (TEAM > STATS > COACHING). In the destination workspace, the history of the score cannot be seen.

Library folders: Calls are removed from any library folders they belong to in the source workspace.

Topics and trackers: Calls are rescanned for topics and trackers in the destination workspace, according to the topics and trackers that are defined there. In other words, topics and trackers picked up in the calls when in the source workspace will not show up in the destination workspace, unless someone set up the same topics and trackers.

Statistics: The move will impact statistics that were calculated in the source workspace because the moved calls will no longer be used to calculate those statistics. In the destination workspace, new statistics will be calculated using the moved calls.
Note
If moving many calls at once, the move can take up to a few hours to complete.
How to
Do one of the following:

In the call page, click
> Move call to another workspace.

Select the destination workspace and click MOVE.

In the CALLS page, create filters to search for calls that you want to move.

Click
> Move call to another workspace.

Select the destination workspace and click MOVE.
