Take bulk actions on calls

Save time by taking bulk actions on calls. Actions you can take include sharing multiple calls, setting calls as private, moving calls to another workspace, and more.  Your ability to take some of these actions depends on your permission profile.  Some of the actions are only available to call owners and admins.

Select multiple calls

  1. Go to Conversations > Search and filter for the calls you want to take action on.

  2. Hover over the left side of the calls to show selection boxes beside each call.

  3. Select at least one call to show a floating bar at the bottom of the page. From this bar, you can:

    • Share > Share internally to share calls with colleagues using Gong. Learn more

    • Share > Share with customers to share the calls externally, or with people at your company who don’t use Gong. Learn more

    • > Set as private to set calls that you own to private. Learn more

    • > Move from workspace to move calls to a different workspace. Learn more

    • > Delete to remove calls altogether from Gong. Learn more

  4. Select up to 10 calls per page, or choose Select all from the floating action bar to select all of the calls at once.  

Considerations

Share

  • Share up to 100 calls at one time. When sharing multiple calls with customers, the customer gets a single email with links to the calls.

Set as private

  • Set up to 100 calls as private at one time.

  • If you select multiple calls to set as private but don’t have permission to set them all as private because you are not the call owner for all of them, you’ll be able to set the ones you own as private. The rest of the calls will remain public.

Delete

  • Only company tech admins can delete multiple calls at one time.
