If you choose to provision users manually, note that you'll need to manually maintain your org's hierarchy and manually manage data capture settings.
This task is performed by tech admins.
In the Settings page, click Team Member Provisioning.
Select Manual as the provisioning source.
Select Team managers can turn on or off call recording and email import for their team members to let your team managers set their team's recording and email import settings.
Click Update to save your settings.
