Request feedback from your manager or a trusted peer on your calls.
PRO TIP: Another type of feedback request is to add a comment and tag your manager.

Access the call you want feedback for.

Click
Feedback.
The Request Feedback dialog opens. By default, feedback requests are sent to your manager.

To change who you want to request the feedback from: Click the REQUEST FEEDBACK FROM box, and search for and select the person's name.

In the ADD A MESSAGE box, enter a message to direct your manager's attention to what you want feedback for.

To include a snippet from the call, turn the Share a snippet of the call to ON, and enter the START and END times of the snippet.

Click SEND.
Your recipient will get a feedback request to coach you that appears in their TO DO list on their homepage.
Tip
Try to have at least one of your calls reviewed every week.
