View exported activities in HubSpot

When Gong exports activities to HubSpot, the activity is associated with the relevant Company, Contact, and Deal records.

View exported meetings

The object containing meeting invites and web conference calls includes:

• The call name and participants

• A link to the call in Gong

• The call spotlight including the call brief, highlights and outline

• A list of meeting attendees

• A list of action items identified by Gong

• The association to a HubSpot entities

• Call metadata

Understand participants and attendees

Exported meeting, call, and note activities include both participants and attendees.

• Participants refers to people who joined the call.

• Attendees refers to people who joined the call, who also have a contact record in HubSpot.

View exported emails

Once your emails are exported to HubSpot, you will be able to see them in their relevant entities, such as accounts or deals. We also display a list of entities associated with the email so you can easily view them. Below is an example of an email imported to HubSpot.
