Catch up quickly and gain a deep understanding of what’s going on in your calls and pipeline with call, deal, and account briefs. Perfect for account handovers, executive summaries, meeting prep, and more.

Where to find them

Account and deal briefs are available from:

  • Account page

  • Deal board

  • Engage Account page

  • Homepage (coming soon)

On the account page

  1. Open the account page and click Account AI in the top right corner.

  1. In the panel that opens, you’ll see the default brief type set by your admin, or the most recent brief type that you viewed.

  2. To view a different brief, click Change brief.

  3. Choose a different brief type, a different deal (or the entire account) or a different period, and click Get briefed.

From the deal board

  1. Go to a deal board, click on a deal to open a panel on the right, and open the Briefs tab.

  2. You’ll see the default brief type set by your admin, or the most recent brief type that you viewed. 

  3. To view a different brief, click Change brief. Choose a brief type, the scope and the time period, and click Get briefed.

On the Engage Accounts page

  1. Go to Engage > Accounts, choose an account, and click Account AI in the top right corner.

  3. To view a different brief, click Change brief.

  4. Choose a different brief type, a different deal (or the entire account) or a different period, and click Get briefed.

Considerations

Date range limitations
Choose from preset or custom date ranges up to 1 year. In the results, we cover up to 60 calls and 500 emails. If the period selected includes more than this number of calls or emails, not all conversations will be included in the results.
