From any page in Gong
Open the quick actions menu at the top right corner of the page and select Upload calls.
From the Conversations page
Go to Conversations > Search, clickin the top right corner and select Upload calls.
Then:
Choose or drop your files into the dialog and click Upload.
You’ll see a confirmation, and can track the progress of the call analysis from Conversations > Search. Analysis can take up to 1 hour per call. During this time, take any of the following actions can be taken on the calls:
Set call as private
Rename call
Delete call
After uploading
You’ll get an email notifying you when the calls are uploaded and you’ll be able to search for the call as you usually would. To include the call in related activity, associate the call to an account or opportunity.
Considerations
Calls are uploaded without any metadata, so call participants are not identifiable in the uploaded call. After the call has been analyzed, you can go into the call if you have the right permissions and change the speaker names.
