Upload files to Gong Assistant to give it information from outside Gong or a template to follow. Gong Assistant uses the files alongside your Gong data.

Upload files

    • Gong Assistant page: From the left sidebar, click Assistant.

    • Panel: Open Gong Assistant from the call page, Search results, an account panel, or the library. Click Assistant at the top right of the page you are working in.

  2. In the prompt box, click the Add context icon (+).

  3. Select Upload files.

  4. Select the files you want to upload.

  5. (Optional) To turn the files into a document or a Gong asset, click Ask and select Create or Build.
