Gong applications are not available with the Call Intelligence seat and can only be added to the Gong Foundation platform.
Downgrading from Gong Foundation to Call Intelligence will result in losing access to features that are not already included in Call Intelligence. These include:
- Activity capture and analysis (emails, web conferences, other digital interactions), except for telephony calls
- Premium AI analysis including AI Smart Trackers
- Account page views
- Starter deal boards
