Where to go? Deals > Pipeline and Account page
Every now and then, an email might slip through the net and appear in a deal or account where it shouldn't. You can remove it.
Remove an email from a deal
Remove the email from a deal but not from the account.
Go to Deals > Pipeline, and click the activity timeline to open the deal panel on the Activity tab.
Locate the email you want to remove.
click
and select Delete this email.
Locate the email you want to remove, and click on it to open it.
Click
and select Remove from deal.
Delete an email from an account
Delete the email from Gong.
Note:
You cannot delete an email in accounts you're not associated with.
Go to Deals > Pipeline, and click the activity timeline to open the deal panel on the Activity tab.
Click Review account to open the account page.
Locate the email you want to remove, and click on it to open it.
Click
and select Delete this email.
If you have permission to delete the email, you are asked to confirm. The email is removed from the account. This action can't be undone.
Once deleted, the email message ID is listed on an exclude list and is removed from all places in Gong. For example, if both user A and user B received the mail, it is deleted from both instances. It is never reimported to Gong.
