Considerations before you can access LinkedIn Sales Navigator in Gong:
Your organization must be connected to LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You must have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus license.
How to view your contact’s LinkedIn Sales Navigator
You can access a contact from several places, including the Contacts tab in the deal panel, or via Engage.
Here’s how to view your contacts enhanced LinkedIn information:
Select the contact you are looking to engage with.
Click the symbol to open up in Sales Navigator.
Note:
You’ll be asked to sign in to LinkedIn Sales Navigator the first time you try to access it from Gong.
Sales Navigator will open as a pop up on your screen. You may be asked to refine your search by confirming some of their personal details, or select a match from a few choices. The Sales Navigator integration lets you send messages directly from here.

What should I expect when I enable the Sales Navigator integration?
Once your admin has enabled the integration, you'll be able to see the Sales Navigator option for contacts in your deals.
Do I need to sign in to my LinkedIn account?
Yes - the first time you try to access contact info in Sales Navigator, you'll be asked to sign into your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account. After that, you can access Navigator info straight away. If the integration is deactivated for any reason, you’ll need to sign in again.
Which Sales Navigator plans are supported?
The integration supports Advanced and Advanced Plus users.
