Billing and subscription-related tasks require assistance from your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Contact your CSM to request help with the following:

  • Subscription details:

    • View your subscription renewal date

    • Review contract terms and subscription details

    • Discuss product changes or upgrades

  • Billing and invoices:

    • View billing history or past transactions

    • Request billing invoices

  • Seat and license adjustments:

    • Request to adjust the number of seats (increase or decrease)

      Note: Seat changes are subject to eligibility and contract terms. Your CSM can review your request and confirm available options.

Tech admins can view seat usage and, if eligible, purchase additional licenses directly in Gong. Learn more about managing your plans and seats.

Can I reduce my licenses on my own?

No. Reducing licenses requires assistance from your Customer Success Manager.

How do I access my invoices?

Invoices are not available directly in Gong. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request invoices.

Where can I see my renewal date?

Renewal dates are managed through your contract. Contact your CSM to get this information.
